Jeffrey spent 27 years in public accounting primarily representing ship repair companies operating in the defense industry located in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia and another 5 years working as a CFO for two DOD defense contractors in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.
Jeffrey has years of experience working with Federal Acquisition Regulations, Cost Accounting Standards and Small Business Administration regulations.
Jeffrey received a BBA in Accounting from Radford University and holds a CPA license from the state of Virginia.
